Is there assistance available if I have issues ordering through the QR code at the restaurant?
Absolutely! We have staff members located behind the bar that can enter your order into the kiosk on your behalf if you experience any issues with our system or simply need some help during your first visit. If you're paying with cash, you also must place your order with staff at the bar.

Are reservations available?
No, we are currently walk-in and first come first served only. If you have a larger group, we'd recommend arriving at the restaurant as close to opening as possible, or later in the evening to minimize wait times. You may also call the restaurant during open hours to inquire about current availability in the dining room, but tables are not held.

I want to book a private event, but my party is larger than 24 people. Should I still submit a Godfather Room Request?
Yes! While groups larger than 24 will not comfortably fit in the Godfather Room, your group can also use the main dining room space if necessary. After submitting the Godfather Room Request, the owner will reach out to discuss specific needs and pricing and if details are agreed upon, your party is considered booked.

I have specific allergies that I normally discuss with a server when eating at other restaurants. How are allergies handled at Restaurant 1920 when there are no servers?
This is a great question, and we take allergies seriously. When ordering on your mobile device through the QR code, there is a space available to make a note. This note is shown on your ticket in the kitchen, so staff will be aware. If you'd prefer to talk to someone face-to-face, we'd also recommend placing your order with staff behind the bar so you can discuss your specific allergy needs and the staff member can act as a liaison between you and the kitchen staff.
